Going Out to Meet Our Neighbors Where They Are

Our Street Outreach team goes beyond the walls of our programs to meet people experiencing homelessness where they are—at encampments, in public spaces, hospitals, and the county jail.

We provide:

  • Food and water
  • Clothing and basic supplies
  • Help with urgent needs
  • Connection to immediate services and resources

By showing up consistently, we build trust and help neighbors take the next step when they’re ready.
